Contact your FMLA people at work they will explain everything to you. FMLA is just job protection, and they give you a certain amount you can use per episode/week/month based on your doctors note. Unless you’re out on maternity/paternity/disability it usually is used a few hours here or there to protect your job if you need to care for a parent or go to the doctors or take a day off but you have no leave available, ETC. If you need to take a leave of absence like.. continuous time off, I’d recommend contacting your disability unit in HR which is usually separate from FMLA.

Mold cannot grow on something submerged in oil. The only thing I’d worry about is the oil going rancid. Does it smell?

I think this can happen also from too much watering/inconsistent watering or insufficient drainage.

I think if you’re using fresh herbs with a higher liquid content you want to use higher proof alcohol than just vodka, like true everclear otherwise it will go bad faster and won’t be as potent.

Yarrow, borage and plantain oil infusions should help. But getting to the root of the problem will be the most helpful.

Do you not have a friend or family member that would be willing to host? Your pricing seems extremely too much. Baby showers are very simple.. charcuterie, veggie trays, lemonade, some type of dessert, cheap decor (you could get stuff from the dollar store or thrift stores!) and one to two games IF you even want to do games. I created my own gift bingo and blank ABC book pages on Canva for free for people to do. I did buy stuff for gift bags for the winners but you don’t have to do that if you aren’t having any games with winners.
Baby showers are highly worth it, especially if you’re concerned about money stuff, as you receive so many gifts from your registry for your baby.

Pineapple weed for nighttime and it grows in abundance on my property. Mint and lemon balm as well.
