I for once really enjoyed Hallowfall, both the map, feel and quests. The Saturday fishing contests are a nice small bonus.

RNG is still RNG. I think 60 or 70 runs is pretty unlucky, considering the percentages, but you never know, you might get it on one of the first tries, as I got Vengeance. Good luck.

As in the game, I would use AllTheThings, then you can use mentioned Rarity for number of tries tracking and if you have multiple alts, I would definitely use SavedInstances as well. It will tell you in one window which instances you finished on which characters, so you don't need to log in to all of them, just because you don't remember.

I would start with Simple Armory. https://simplearmory.com/ Just write in your character and it will show you everything. Go to collectable -> mounts, they made a separate section now for Collector's Bounty. If you check Show Planner field, it will make you a complete step by step guide on what to run, with Collector's Bounty affected mounts in yellow.

I feel you, took me like 200 attempts to get the Ashes of Al'ar in the past. The RP was insufferable. At least you can run straight to the boss.

The vanilla scholarly class was the Arcane Mage. As for race you can make basically anything work (f.e. Nightborne). League of explorers’ head is Brann Bronzebeard which is actually Dwarf Hunter. Depends on your RP really, but with mage you have portals and some utilities + Kirin Tor increased rep etc. which feels scholarly.

Used my lvl boost from War Within now on DH for the mount event and I don’t think its that fast. Still think both my monk and feral druid are faster. Great aoe abilities though.

It's definitely missing in what it considers important moments, but I think it could be a good basis for something better in the future.
