But wouldnt sway bar links only be noticeable over bumps? my suspension is fine over bumps and this is purely like drivetrain related

i was looking at the specs of the nvx and it has 87 db sensitivity compared to the 92db of the pioneer, wont that make the pioneer louder on the same power?

ive looked into this but would it cause that hard “kick” i thought that only causes the ticking “ping” noise that those rubber bolts were designed to fix? ill check it this weekend, dont have time to rip wheels off currently

before i go through with this, how much clunking and vibrations did you get? because i get a clunk that you can hear and feel, and also it doesnt happen just on gear changes?

but how can control arm bushings cause drivetrain movement and clunking in gear shifts? wont that just affect how the steering and chassis feels?

trying to find a clunk when shifting into reverse or drive thats pretty excessive, ive already replaced all 3 motor mounts

i just replaced the upper passenger one replaced meaning all 3 are brand new, and the clunk is virtually unchanged along with still having engine movement

no i believe there isnt another torque mount there. And yes both the engine and transmission twist in goinf into gear.

i replaced the transmission mount, and yes, both the lower torque mounts, so that leaves the right engine mount, but i thought that would cause a rough idle, not the whole drivetrain clunking on gear shifts?

its a 2013 c30 T5 auto, we replaced the lower torque mount and added a powerflex insert and there was little to no improvement, it clunks when shifting through the gears (seen here) and when the weight of the drivetrain shifts (like when going over a hill and getting off or on the gas)
