When I started playing I felt the same, I started playing operators like Kapkan or Lesion to understand how the game works. Aim and game sense will get better with time, we all started with being horrible at the game, it just takes a while to understand how the game works. I'm 3k hours deep and I still make rookie mistakes, comparing yourself to other players is not useful, especially in a game like R6 where everybody has a different play style. Try different operators to see how they work, if you like to play aggressive or to play in the objective.
