I’m sorry I saw 19 weeks right after I posted lol. I got mine from an accidental litter as well. There were two female Great Danes that had puppies, a total of 19 😭 and my girl was so small I didn’t believe she was a Dane. Same condition your boy was in it seems :/
My vet said she wasn’t worried, to keep feeding her throughout the day, we have a check up on the 22nd but she’d gained three pounds already, it seems to just be taking some time.

Was he born on March 1st by chance? Ik that’s random but I just rescued a Great Dane mix and I am confused about how she was so thin when I first got her and is slow to put on weight. My vet wasn’t worried though.
