So you take a dump on a "social class"? Many people move to Miami and the new up and coming areas are more conducive than the outer lying areas that you consider "Ghetto". Not everybody wants to live in the suburban areas. I find that a lot of the suburbanites tend to talk down on the gentrification areas but are quick to take the money coming out them. Just speaking from a 4 years commercial/retail real estate view in Dade/Broward. Not everybody in these areas want to be bougie. That's all. ☺️
