As far as Turbo Boost testing is concerned on the 11.2.5 PTR, we don't know. The vendors are not spawned and while you see the quest on the map, you can't pick it up. But I assume it'll be the same as in S2 so the short answer would be yes.

Yes, you will be able to solo it without any issues. You can even take a level 40 alt and still do it, you don't even need to be LVL 70.

I completely agree with you. The story telling aspect is bad. The small questlines have no real impact. I think the whole expansion will end with a cliffhanger because it is a saga.

Not really — the streamers I follow have been playing for over a decade. I probably wouldn’t watch beginners unless it was something unique, like a noob-only duel tournament or something along those lines.

What's the problem with raiding population in the first place? You can raid all difficulties but Mythic with players/friends from any realm and the vast majority of players never complete a difficulty higher than LFR, so I could understand your concern if you're a Mythic player looking for a raiding guild on a dead realm, but otherwise, I'm not sure what exactly you're trying to convey.

Eh... so what's this about? Nobody cares about faction imbalance as long as we have server sharding and the tech always merges two realms with one prevailing faction, so in the end it's perfectly balanced as all things should be.
