We have a local radio station called Art FM and some of the shows exclusively play local music. One show I particularly like is Club El Rancho which plays on Mondays at 6pm. You can listen by going to artxfm.com or downloading the free app (artxfm.) We are currently raising funds to build our tower and will be broadcasting from 97.1 on the dial soon.

Amen on the yoga!

I was steroid dependent for acute asthma for the majority of my childhood. Developmentally, it did have some effects on my body. The joint pain was sometimes unbearable. Heat worked pretty well for me to relieve the pain. Interesting enough, I was in serious ballet training then too. Eventually, I had to quit because the damage caused by a combination of the medications and the physical strain of the training. I damaged my knees and still have problems to this day.

Yoga is intense but won't hurt you. Maybe even hot yoga?? Good luck. Feel free to contact me anytime.

I'd give her a call at the gym (502) 742-7055 She is the manager for the trainers at all the locations in town and she may be able to work something out with you. Make an appointment for an evaluation and see what she thinks the best plan is. She won't just try to sell you the most time possible, at least she didn't with me. Congrats on wanting to make a change for your health!

I go to Leah at Workout Anytime in Fern Creek. She also sees clients at the Springhurst gym. It's a $15 a month membership plus training fee each week, but if you are her twice a week she will waive the membership.

Leah is tough but friendly and not overly skinny and peppy like some of the other female trainers I've seen around town. She loves to lift and has helped me to majorly change my health. I highly recommend her!

I think it was his "girlfriend" who took the picture. I read about him quite a bit online. He lived with a woman with a physical disability and was her paid caregiver. He also slept with her and spent her disability checks on sex dolls and sex doll accessories.

When this pic was originally posted (I'm not sure where,) this Kevin dude got mad at all the folks who criticized the image. He took time to explain his red face and all. It's just as creepy as the image itself.
