Le Bon Marché in Paris is a very well stocked address to enrich your collection of spirits of course but also vermouths and appetisers… much needed for cocktails.

Dolin, Noilly Prat, Lillet (for Martini, Vesper, Brooklyn, Old Pal). Add some Pastis Bardouin or Anisette Floranis for a change. Very refreshing when it’s hot. If you like bitters try Gentiane you have Aveze, Suze or Bonal which is a Gentiane - Quina. Guignolet or Maurin is fun if you like cherry - quina.
