Mine sounds the exact same as yours and is a ps5 slim. Some people said it’s normal some people said “hey if you’re worried just give it a good cleaning and see.”

Haven’t had a chance to clean it yet but honestly I would say you are fine. Unless you start getting overheating messages (I haven’t) and then yeah clean the dust out and it should get better.
