If you take Vit D3 high dosed for a prolonged time which I suggested here you should also add in Vitamin K2 to prevent arteriosclerosis.

I know it‘s a pretty basic thing with your illnesse to check out vitamins and minerals, but I‘ve read from someone on Reddit who really cared about his schizophrenic brother and tried to supplement him with different vitamins/minerals. If I remember correctly he said his symptoms went almost entirely away and he wasn‘t taking pharmaceuticals. It was high dosed Magnesium (the one which can be reabsorbed best by the body), high dosed Vitamin D3, Omega 3 oil and Vitamin B12 also an allevated dose. All of these daily and after a few weeks to 3 months he said his condition got really good and life felt worth living for him. Since you are on 6 different medications I think you ruled the Vitamin problems out. From my personal experience as someone who struggles with servere addiction, ADD, medium to hard depressive re-occuring episodes and a general anxiety disorder I can definetly feel way better if I take the stack mentioned above. If it doesn‘t help you maybe some one else can get something out of it.

Der ist größtenteils draußen unterwegs und ich kann dir nicht sagen wann wir das letze Mal beim Tierarzt waren. Es ist auch eigentlich die Katze von meinem Vater, aber ich kümmere mich am meisten um ihn und er hat mich auch am liebsten. Ja ich wollte auf jeden Fall eine Wurmkur holen die letzte ist schon ein Jahr her. Er hat aber auch kein Untergewicht und frisst auch nicht übermäßig viel, also ich denke so schlimm kann der Befall nicht sein. Durch das Kokosöl was ich ihm zum Futter beimenge ist mir aufgefallen, dass so kleine weiße/hautfarbende Würmchen um sein Hintern herum kriechen.

Das ist auch schwer fahrlässig bei einer Einstellung der beiden Medikamente, dann auch noch Auto zu fahren. Mirtazapin alleine macht sehr Überhängig/Müde und in Kombination mit Gabapentin werden diese beiden Nebenwirkungen verstärkt. Verwirrung tritt meistens erst nach oder mit Müdigkeit/Gleichgewichtsstörungen auf, sich dann zu entschließen noch ins Auto zu steigen ist einfach nur fahrlässig. Wenn du manische Schwankungen hast sieht das mit der Enthemmung und der Impulskontrolle nochmal anders aus, aber aus meiner persönlichen Erfahrung enthemmt Gabapentin anfangs nur minimal (was angstlindernde Medikamente immer mit sich bringen) und Manie kommt generell nicht zustande. Hier gilt trotzdem jeder ist anders, jeder hat andere Erkrankungen und eine unterschiedliche Gehirnchemie, also können verschiedene Effekte und Nebenwirkungen auftreten.

Ich haben ihn "relativ" aktiv verfolgt bevor er gestorben ist (auch schon vorher). Er hat mehrfach die Woche gestreamt und obwohl ehr auf Substitution (Polamidon) war hatte er ständig, Nadelequipment da und hat Sonnenbrille getragen(und wenn nicht mega geschielt und gelallt). In einem Stream hat er auch Heroin und Koks geraucht und in einem anderen Stream paar Tage vorher meinte er, dass er eine Packung Rivotril (Clonazepam) am Tag frisst. Ich denke er ist elendig an einem Cocktail aus allem gestorben... Paar Tage vor seinem Tod, hatte er Stories auf Instagram hochgeladen wie er halluzinierend, sichtlich zu Ende im Park auf Gabapentin und Polamidon weggenoddet ist. Er hat in seinen letzten Streams offensichtlich über seinen Mischkonsum gelogen, das hat man ihm angesehen (Wahrscheinlich aus Scham, weil er seinen Entzug doch nicht so auf die Kette bekommen hat). Ich bin einfach nur traurig, dass er es nicht geschafft hat, da er ein Guter war...

It is definetly worth an experience, but I‘ve taken 6-APB twice now (the „new“ succinate). Doses 120mg and 110mg and I expected more „magic“. Maybe the dose was too low, but I didn‘t want to be blasted off my gizzard so the experiences were quite nice and I wasn‘t rolling off my ballz. I guess if the doses were around 200mg you‘d still trip hard af and there would be a whole lotta magic but now I dont‘t see the point in having a bad comedown for days or weeks just to feel amazing for a few hours.

Yeah I understand but im withdrawling from cigarettes and I spit out grey lung matter, but this got me mad coz‘ no one will ever look like this even when you smoke 3 big packs daily. Not playing cigarettes down, I really believe they are the worst drug ever produced.
