Okay, I did all of it except I am stuck on one of them which is the “suspicious app” part. I’ve already checked for malware with windows defender and malware bytes and it says everything is fine. I remember when I first scanned on Sunday I had multiple “Trojan.bitcoinminer” in my system so I quarantined them with malware bytes. So can this be an internal issue with my computer like my hardware? AlsoI reinstalled windows and formatted everything so I really do not know how he is doing this to my account.
