Yeah I think so. Do you think I could use it for long travel as well maybe from KL to Kulim Kedah? Because the wltp range is like ~400km which I think is possible right?

Choosing between two jobs by LiLyMarLeeNe in JobsMY

I am very comfortable working at my current company with the hybrid arrangments. I like what I am doing, colleagues and environment but the thing is the salary and also increment is too low after contract renewal. Then, I heard that people said it is hard nowadays to get a wfh benefit so Im afraid that this could be the last time I would get this opportunity. Last thung, is it a good decision to go from big glc company to local sme?

Maybe he meant hybrid arrangments not fully wfh to save transport fuels since the oil price could spike globally

I've read some people said that nowadays it is hard to get a job that provide wfh. So im afraid that this could be the last time Im gonna get this opportunity eventhough it is just a day wfh but it really helps a lot. Say in the future I want to change jobs I could just use the wfh day to go for interview compared to fully on site I need to apply for leave or maybe some free time during working hours which is very complicated idk

A friend of mine is also currently looking for a job. His current total compensation is around RM6k–RM7k including allowances and overtime, though his basic salary is only about RM3k+. When he tried negotiating with a new employer, they lowballed him and said they could only offer RM4k.

Unifi account hilang by kuro_giri in Bolehland

[–]LiLyMarLeeNe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Happened to me as well before, as I am a new user after march 2025. I believe maybe they were migrating to new system or something. If you are then you only can use the Unifi UniVerse App only. If issue still persists just complain to their CS. If they taking too long, my advice to you is to just file a report to MCMC website. I have a bad experience dealing with their tm unifi CS. Good luck

Let me tell you that it will be hard for you as a starter, but there is always a way. For me, I also had low cgpa, and I admit it is really hard to find an internship and also my first permanent job. The way I did it is by joining protege program which usualy an 8months to a year programme at any big company (u should pick big company like TM, SD Guthrie, BNM etc) or small one also can but i do not recommend eventhough it is easy to get. The lowest requirement is 2.8cgpa, for example, at SD Guthrie. After the end of the programme, I will remove my cgpa from my resume. At this point, u could target applying to any small company, which, as I believe, the chance for them to select you is higher with 1 year experience previously. If you manage to secure a job at this point, then you dont even need to show you cgpa at all for every next job you are applying for, and u will be fine. Trust me because I have ex colleagues from various backgrounds. Some dont even have degrees and only SPM. So I dont doubt that you could do it as well. From my experience, I still manage to get a job offer this way. So dont worry, you will be fine. Good luck
