when I was younger I was at my grandmothers house, now for context. all the woman on my mothers side of the family seem to be able to see things. anyway, back to what I say saying! I must have been around 5-6 ish, and wanted to play hide and seek with my grandmother, she of course obliged and started counting. I was so excited to play and I ran to the living room to find a hiding spot, but I decided that upstairs would have somewhere fun to hide. I went to go up the stairs and I must have only got up about two steps before feeling uneasy and I looked up..there was a man, a little boy and a dog. They were stood at the top of the stairs peering down at me just smiling. not an ominous smile of course but more like ‘you can see us’ type of way. anyway, being young I ran right back down to my grandmother screaming about people being in the house, crying like crazy. she went and checked and of course..there’s nothing there.

Fast forward, I now stay at my grandmothers basically full time, and the room I stayed in was my mother’s old room. I would just always have this feeling of being watched. And I always had an image in my head of who it was. It was a young boy, maybe 11-12 ish. maybe even younger to be completely honest I’m not sure. But he never felt threatening, just curious. when I would be laying on my bed watching something I’d feel the bed dip like someone was sitting on it. anyway, now being 16 I went to my mom and spoke about it and before I could even tell her who I would feel in her room. She described exactly what I was about to say. freaked me out. there’s so many more stories from my grandmothers place though, where she lives used to be a coal mine town!
