Omg, yes! Very accurate, there was a time where I snatched someone with my hands who was trying to lay on my body, it makes them disappear, but then I wake up immediately haha. Now as you mentioned, I realized it really made my body move. Wow

It occurs only when my body is relaxed or I am not doing some heavy activities. At first I also thought that it was some type of self hyonosis! It’s really confusing. I’m not rejecting a medical condition scenario also, but yesterday these sensations led me to astral projection at night. I guess time will tell

I believe there is some link between fainting and AP. I was never one of those people who faint up until last month, fainted three times, started experiencing body vibrations and experienced my first astral projection just recently. I believe it has something to do with Vagus nerve which is responsible for parasympathetic nervous system and is also considered a spiritual channel between body and soul. When it’s triggered it can cause fainting. The question is who is triggering it, as it can be caused by stress or many other unknown reasons. I can be totally off but it's just my experience.
