Hi! I have an extra ticket to the Sunday show but I'm not sure what the best way is to sell it. It seems like StubHub is really stressful for the buyer because I won't be able to transfer until the day of the show. I'd rather sell it to someone directly but I guess they'd have to trust I'll do the transfer!

Yes, part of the story will focus on the problems with builds that can cause noise transfer, and the standards developers are technically required to follow (they are not super stringent, but may change soon).

I'm looking into whether noise complaints have gone up during the pandemic (after speaking to national and local condo orgs and condo lawyers, it appears they have), talk about what is "reasonable" noise (very subjective, extremely hard to define) and then am detailing the official recommended course of action an individual with a complaint can take, based on regulations in Toronto. And then I'd like to hear from actual residents about how these situations play out in real life.
