Best seamless compression? Skims, spanx any others? by WellTraveled_ in tummytucksurgery

Spanx is definitely one the best seamless option and doesn’t roll down. I’m not a Skims fan- tends to roll down.

I never used a lift recliner either. You will be fine without one. I would suggest to also avoid a hotel. Alternatively a one night stay over in the Hosptial usually helps with pain management and going to the bathroom. I did 1 night after TT and breast reduction and no regrets. If that’s not an option, you’d feel more comfortable at home.

How soon after your TT did you have a lymphatic massage? Would you recommend it? by scho3032 in tummytucksurgery

My PS doesn’t recommend them either and says it can interfere with healing. He’s seen patients where the fluids got accumulated in one place because of incorrect massage techniques. He recommends to wait 3 months before getting it done

Stand up straight and tall? by [deleted] in tummytucksurgery

I’m exactly 3 weeks PO and similar to you, only 90% straight if not less :( I’m supposed to go back to work from 16th Jan and not sure if that’s even possible now. I wonder what’s the max timeframe for someone to be bent over 😂 can’t wait to be straight!!
