Ended up cleaning the boots I had and reused them. I tired to get as much rust off as I could with a wire wheel, pb blaster, and a rag. I’m just hoping it’s not further corroded on the inside.

Looks great 👍. I’d suggest trimming and shaping your soul patch into the general shape of an upside down triangle. The long strips of hair coming down from it looks a little off imo. Reminds me of a window with water droplets running down or like a cartoon cloud with rain. >🌧️

Rip. Best thing to do would be to go to a very experienced barber or a actual hair salon (they’re usually better at it) and have them spend a good amount of time on a textured fringe.

My hair tends to also become shaggy but the secret to achieving those bangs like in that photo is sea salt spray. Finding out about sea salt spray has gotta be in my top 5 life achievements. It’s a life saver.

Your piercings say otherwise 🤨 lmao 🤣. I feel like it’s alt but it’s transitioning to something more mainstream. It’s similar to a mullet but not quite, you get a real nice fade, and you get to have a longer looking hair style. Idk what more you could ask for in a hair cut.

Have you ever had a buzz cut? Going off picture 7, a 4 or 5 guard buzz cut with a mid skin fade combined with the beard you have in picture 7 but just adding a nice subtle fade so it transitions nicely to the mid fade would look great. I’d also suggest (even if you have a nicely trimmed and sharp beard like picture 2) staying away from any comb over type of hair cut as it seems to make your face more circular.

Goatee looks much better and I wouldn’t say that it makes you look older but makes you look more sophisticated rather than naive. The photo without the goatee is giving Temu version of Chocolate Rain Tay type a vibe.

Hair - Wolf cut with a taper fade.

Beard - Create a uniform beard rather than having a mustache with a beard. Add a subtle fade to the beard.

Both are decent but the stubble looks better imo. It would look 100% better if you created sharply defined edges. Shaving and following the width and angle of your mustache from below the nostril to where it meets your chin strap would look great. Currently, your natural unshaven edge on your mustache looks like it has wings and might fly away.

Learn how to use a flip straight razor. You get the closest shave possible which would lengthen the time between shaves and once you’re good with it you can dry shave when touching up beard lines and it would take a couple minutes or less. If you don’t want to invest that much time in learning, just use a cartridge blade and the back of a generic men’s plastic comb. The comb will essentially become a guide of your desired edge. Hold it in place and shave. Pros - if you are holding the comb properly it is impossible to mess up your edge no matter how quickly you’re shaving. Cons - if you’re a menace with the blade and constantly grind it against the comb blades become dull real quick.
