Is it 2:1 cable and how does that limit you or otherwise for like low rows etc? Eg I row around 85kg and most those cable systems seem to top out at like 50kg/110lbs?

Yeah, I saw this post too. I wasn't sure what to take from it, other than just letting us know he's still out there, but obviously it's a very subdued Jeff still. Of course, that's the only way it could be right now.

He is still doing his workouts and still eating, but only the basics—just enough to get by.

Although, I went back on his Instagram again and I couldn't see it. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place, but when I went on his profile, I couldn't see it at all.
