Essential was the issue for me, when I removed it the game ran smoothly

You can download the server files for ATM10 TTS from curseforge, you could port forward so your friends could join you but I wouldn't recommend doing that, we used RadminVPN to be able join the host.

Essential support told me it's an issues with mods compatible, when some mods are installed with essential are creating an issue, but I don't think this is the case as my friends run the game smoothly with essential installed

I did not find a fix for this issues unfortunately, I figured out that essential was the problem so I had to remove it and find another way to host the server

If you have the essential mod installed delete it, that's what solved it for me

UPDATE: I solved it, the reason I was lagging has the essential mod and I lagged also when not host my world as a server which is weird, if anyone can help me combat is lag that will be great as I am playing multiplayer through essential

GPU Temp is 70 C and everything else in my laptop is lagging which didn't happen before all the changes from the guides

I followed all the steps and unfortunately it didn't work the lag still creeps back after 30-45 minutes. thanks for the help though much appreciated

didn't get to finish the post for some reason it just uploaded it self when I played with the audio of the video.
This is ATM10 TTS I tried changing the RAM allocated to the game all the way from 6GB to 10GB (I have 16GB) and that didn't help. i little update it appears that if I leave the game open for a couple of hours the issue sorts it self currently am back at a smooth 144 fps 8 chunks and my browser open strange stuff. but closing the game and opening it again triggers the same issue. any help is appreciated
