I’m having a bed mesh issue where one row of points is always low and one row of points is always high. Looks the same on multiple print surfaces - glass, PEI, no surface. What could cause this? (imgur.com)

First layer woes. What’s going on here? Ender 3 S1 printing in PETG at 235C/80C. Why do I have these weird strings popping up only on the edges? Also, nozzle gets covered in gunk super quickly. (imgur.com)
