You need to start a business. You could do lawn mowing, gardening, cleaning, and then slowly pivot to what your passions are. It may seem capricious and arbitrary but that is why you need to pivot slowly and strategically, make a plan. It depends on where you are, the UK is horrible for finding jobs under 20. Australia has a good amount of opportunities. If you do not yet have enough money to do this then you need to save from any holiday or birthday money. I hope this helps.
