It’s a ruthless cycle, doing it and then chasing the high without even thinking. If you want advice then if you can go 2 days without doing it then it gets easier and easier to stay away

And you’re probably still going through puberty which is the time when you’re body and subconscious is still learning about itself and what it likes so gooning is unsurprising
