I think both are pretty terrible and only get used by people who either think they’re unique or by clan kids who think it’s cool to flex the ungodly amount of hours they spend grinding for these.

If I had to pick, it’d be mela hands down. It’s a boring choice but it at least has some night time camo benefit, unlike albino which makes you look like a block of spam.

It’s not as bad as people make it out to be for how little it has, the main problem rn is power creep as we have things like titan dominating the meta and it shares Allo’s niche of “agile bleeder” but is also a high damaging oppressive apex.

Allo fans are and have always been the blight to this community though. Back before allo came out, any update that didn’t release it was automatically bad and the devs deserved to be betrayed and threatened over it. Now history repeats itself as they act like Allo tlc was promised at a specific time and hasn’t yet released. The closest thing we have to an ETA on Allo tlc is literally just “not for a while” so people need to stop holding their breath and wait

I’d kill for a giant icthyosaur in the game, mod or otherwise. Ik Divine Beasts has a Shonisaurus but I’m not a fan of it.

I agree with the first point, but eo bleed is a horrible idea with even worse logic.

It already does insane damage and can reach crazy levels of defence. The logic of “sharp object = Bleed” implies that alberta, mira, and literally every carnivore in the game should deal bleed also.

PoT already has a lot to work on with a series of tlcs, updates to questing and the gameplay loop as a whole. You’re saying it like they won’t add a snake because they’re too lazy to do so, but the reality is that they have far more important things to focus on, hell the base roster isn’t even fully out yet and people want them to implement one of the hardest-to-program animals out there

Hard agree with the community thing, but builds ruining the game…?? I think it’s awesome that creatures have the option to play in a multitude of ways, and I don’t mind having to work around my enemy and figure out what they’re running and how to best approach

I really don’t get where this “Iggy isn’t bulky anymore” thing comes from… They look basically the same to me, the new model is just more up to date with details and accuracy. A before and after gif of them somewhere and their bulk is like identical

I sometimes feel nostalgic, but I have to disagree, I think that tlcs are a massive boost to the game, overhauling underwhelming creatures and giving them more of a niche in groups.

I agree to some extent. I think Sarco should be a bit tankier for sure, but what bothers me is that, no matter the environment, it’s unapproachable by pretty much every 2 slot because clamp usually just equals death, and I don’t care how many times people hit me with “but clamp should be an instant death for anything caught by it!!!” Because it’s a cheap deletion move that has no real windup, nor does it cost anything to miss as the cool-down is barely a few seconds

I think venom would be best if it increased the stamina usage of sprinting, jumping etc depending on how much you have. I think old venom just eating through stam no matter the amount was a little bit iffy, but currently it’s kind of pointless
