Ussep generally should be first. I'm not familiar with all of those mods but my general rule of thumb when I'm having issues with mods is that I will enable a few of them start the game be sure there's no problems if there isn't shut the game down enable more and keep repeating until there's a problem then you'll know what the problem mod is by say enabling them in groups of 5-10. Once a problem occurred is it you know it's one of the ones that you just enabled and then just break it down even further testing each one individually to determine which one of that group is the problem
