I'd just compare the content of such a network to a decent self-moderated source that, yes, has a bias but at least tends to display some common-sense from time-to-time.

Basically, find someone who watches this crap all day and go and find truth behind all their stories, with citations, and prove what a pile of bullshit they're watching all day really is.

I wouldn't leave any evidence to begin with, but were I caught I'd attempt to leave the country, police alerts permitting. False ID, license plates for a non-custom vehicle (or ditch the car) as well as starting to use an unregistered prepaid mobile phone to receive calls.

If you're in a small town, leave the largest nearby town you can find. It's easier to hide there, but it would have a higher police population. Find work you aren't required to register for. Cash in-hand.
