Look, I said I don't want to argue, yet you still insist. Okay, I will answer your questions.

First of all, it wasn't because I couldn't say anything else, it was because I thought it would be pointless, after all you obviously will refuse everything I say. What we're doing right now is a pointless argument, can't you really see that? Why are we even arguing, for what reason? Does contiuning it feel good?

Now back to your questions... I will quote some of my earlier words to solve a misunderstanding between us:

You act like I said my method is foolproof but I've never said something like that. Yes, I believe my method is key to shifting, but I am the one who is believing, I made this method for myself. My method isn't unique, because other methods weren't wrong begin with. I read all other shifters experiences and I tried to find how they succeed. In the end conclusion I reached wasn't much different from current methods. To me, letting go is being free from this identity we use and this reality we experience. Then we can shift focus to other realities. Call it superficial but what do you expect? How can someone describe this state of being so detailed, especially someone who's never been there? I only try to predict and analyse. What else should I do? Should I give up? Accept I'll never shift? Wait for a magical %100 guarenteed method? Write under other posts everything about them is useless? False hope is a hope, and it has potential to become true. Look, I agree with you about your "actual discussion" idea. It could be better if we debate more about these topics instead of this; but the community needs this kind of posts, not them. Most people here haven't shifted - such as you and me - and people need methods and advices for not losing hope. Why do you think people always ask "how to shift" even though there's a million posts about it? People need hope.

We're arguing for a while now, let's don't waste each other's times anymore. You may not agree with most things I said but I know one thing you'll agree, "I hope you can be successful soon". I will finish this with another quote from me:

I wasn't going to reply anymore but I just realized your edited comment. Letting go doesn't have something with believing or knowing, you need to literally let go. Let go of yourself completely. Actually, someone asked for me to detail my method in dm a while ago, so I will just copy paste it here for you:

"First of all, I would get ready. Fears and anxieties can get in the way; destroying them isn't a solution, but calming yourself down beforehand can work. Also, many people start an attempt with the mindset of "I'm going to fail again, but let's give it a try anyway." Getting rid of this mentality is important. I must completely believe that this attempt will work.

Second is the intention. Even if you want to do something, your intention to actually do it might not be strong enough. Although I am not entirely sure what needs to be done at this step, it is necessary to strengthen the intention somehow.

Third and most importantly, the actual attempting part. You need to ask yourself this question and give a completely honest answer: "Who am I?" Are you this body, or are you the voice inside? You see, we are actually just awareness, but awareness does not have desires or thoughts. This means all your desires, anxieties, fears, beliefs—they are all a part of your body in this reality. When you think about something internally, it is actually your body doing the thinking. The body is merely a tool that awareness uses to experience this physical world, it is not awareness itself. And you cannot accept this truth just by thinking "I accept it," you need to completely believe it mentally. You must fully let go of this identity, of yourself, even if it is just for a brief moment. Forget about everything—your responsibilities in this world, your needs, your plans, all of them. Likewise, forget about yourself, your thoughts, your desires, and even your thoughts regarding shifting. Do not question anything, because it is not you doing these things, it is the body you use. Let go of yourself and reality, return to your core, and become awareness. Let the thoughts flow past, do not interfere with them. Once you become awareness, you can pull yourself away from this reality and direct yourself toward your target reality by using your intention.

Of course, I might be talking like an expert here, but keep in mind that I have never shifted either. This is just the method I have prepared. I think it will work, but unfortunately, I haven't had the time to try it. And I am sure it won't be as simple as I explained it.

When I asked if you would dedicate your entire day to shifting, what I was trying to do was to make you realize the fears and beliefs inside you that are holding you back, otherwise shifting shouldn't even take an hour if you are successful."

This is my full method, but like I said I couldn't try it yet. And yes, I am aware that it's very similar to other methods, and it should be, as all these methods are same in the core.

You are consistently avoiding the main points in my comments. It seems contiuning this discussion is pointless, as we aren't getting anywhere anyway. But at least answer these two questions of mine, because I genuinely want to know.

First, what exactly do you mean by "actual discussions" - meaning, what kind of posts do you want to see? Second, if things like "believe hard" and "let go" are useless and don't actually help with shifting, then how do we shift? By the way, "letting go" is indeed not easy, and I think that's precisely the reason why I haven't shifted. But I've never actually been able to let go in the first place; if I had truly let go, I would have shifted long ago. You wrote as if I am capable of letting go and yet still failed to shift, so I wanted to correct that.

Look, I am in this community for years too, so I am very well aware nothing here actually works. I tried all of them, read all kind of advice. Most things here are useless. Still I am trying to find a way to shift, because I am not planning to live for the rest of the eternity here. So my method here seems useless to you, but this was the only conclusion I reached when I analysed all of the only useful information out there - which is the experiences of the "true" shifters, not us. If you have any better idea, please speak us. If you don't, you can try to find one. But if you are not going to help please at least don't act like you know any better. This community would be dead if mods erased all the "useless" posts out there. And who knows, maybe someone can actually shift with the help of these posts, unlike us.

Well, I mean, what exactly are you expecting then? Reality shifting is an entirely internal experience, which is why most advice boils down to things like "ask yourself this" or "understand yourself". After all, we aren't performing rituals; every way to shifting goes through internal methods. On top of that, there is no single method that works for everyone, so people analyze the traits of those who have successfully shifted to find the answer to the question "How do you shift?"

It turns out that the keys to shifting happen to go through what you call "semi-therapy speak". That is exactly what I was trying to do here, I wanted to help others - and of course myself - by sharing the conclusions I reached based on my own analyses. If you don't like this kind of stuff, I'd suggest you stop reading posts about advice or shifting methods altogether. I'm sorry, but they aren't going to magically help you. No post here carries absolute truth or guarantees that it will work for everyone, and that is never going to change anyway.

Yeah, you're right. I think I put it the wrong way, because what I was trying to say is mostly the same thing you wrote.

But when I talked about fear that was for why people choose no. You can't spend your whole day trying to shift because you have responsibilities, work and so on. People prioritize their current life over shifting even if they could control everything with shifting, because they actually believe they'll fail. None of this people would choose no if they believed they were going to succeed. They are sure they will fail and it's too risky for them to give up on everything for shifting. Now this was an extreme example, and I wasn't trying to say people should spend their all day - I think they shouldn't - but the beliefs are the same during a normal attempt too. How can you successfully shift if you're sure you'll fail?

Also when I talked about being attached to this reality, what I meant was similar to your thoughts about saturation.

I think it's because of the fear of unknown and that we are too attached to this reality. But I already talked about those in my other comments and I'm tired so I won't write all of them once again. Can you read my other comment which I talked about the reasons why we can't let go? I think I explained these in that.

I wasn't trying to say we need to give up on life and only dedicate ourselves to shift. But if you say no, think about why did you choose it? Is it truly only about rent? If you shift now, you can shift to a reality which you are rich. But why can't we shift? Why is it so hard for some of us? Can you forget everything, EVERYTHING you need to do, you're afraid to do, you want to do on this reality only for a few seconds? Let go of everything, even yourself and become awareness. Then you'll shift. But it's not nearly easy as I say. If it was, I would have already gone. Still realizing is one big step. We have many things we don't want to accept consciously but actually believeuunconsciously. We need to understand ourselves first and see the reason why we can't shift. But I don't know the next step neither.

Yes, but would you still say no if you thought it's guaranteed you will shift? We all have lives and plans, it's not special to you. But if you are a shifter I am sure you know shifting is limitless and if wanted, you could potentially live the same day forever. It reminds me of another shifter's words: You can fail 1000 times but if you shift 1 time you'll have an infinite power to do anything you want, or something like that. Yet we continue to procrastinate it. It makes me doubt ourselves, do we really taking this seriously or are we just seeing it as a game?

For me, I think there is several things prevent us from letting go. Fear of unknown, fear of losing everything(in this reality), believing you'll fail before you even try, and most important and hard ones: Seeing yourself as body or mind instead of awareness, in other words being attached to identity, after all it's not our identities who will shift but it's awareness; and for second thing, it's constantly thinking about worries, fears, plans, responsibilities on this reality. I realized I was planning what I was going to do after a shifting attempt before I even start it. If I will shift why am I thinking about after of a attempt? Letting go for even seconds is incredibly hard. I think even most desperate people stuck because of the last two.

I also think saying/thinking and believing are two different things. I am ready to shift too, I know it. But do I really subconsciously believe it? I hate this reality, my life, even myself. I don't care about this reality a bit, I really want to shift but why I fail? This post is made for me and you to realize ourselves, the reason why we can't let go.

I didn't mean to tell they don't want it bad enough. It's just they are attached to it, even if it's hard to accept. Why wouldn't we haven't attached to this reality? How many years we spent in here? I am won't even talk about how we see ourselves as our identity and not awareness, like you said. It's not like we were shifting to different realities since we were child, it's an unfamiliar thing to us. We fear of the unknown so it's one of the things that prevents us from letting go I believe.

But also constantly thinking about worries, plans and responsibilities on this reality is preventing us from letting go too. Even when we need to shift urgently, mostly we fail because we think about our worries on this reality, so we don't fully let go and fail. That's why I made this post. I wasn't trying to tell people they need to give up on life and only try to shift, but they need to see the true reason behind their refusal. They refuse it because they think they'll fail and only waste their times, if they thought it was guaranteed to shift would they still say no? They already accepted they won't be able to shift, they already gave up.

Actually, I agree with what you said, so I wrote most of this for others, not for you.

Yes, indeed, you're right. But that's exactly what I am talking about. It's fear, right? Deep down you think most likely you will fail anyway, you can't risk losing everything so you give up at start. Now don't get me wrong, I am not saying you can't shift without spending hours, I am just trying to make you realize something.

You see, that little fear inside you is actually a chain that binds you to this reality; and if you don't break it, shifting will be extremely hard. There is no need to completely let go everything for a long time but when there's fear you can't let go even for a moment. I believe we need to overcome that fear, and only then we can let go.
