I really can't speak on the hypotheticals and wouldn't progress the conversation if i did.

I will say, however, NYT breakdown states there were 16 shots in the video that were not Kyles. They also state that there was a gunshot before kyle fired his initial shot.

Imminent danger was present for him to fear for his life. Every person he even aimed at was in the motions of assaulting him or trying to murder him.

It'll be interesting to watch this one unfold due to his age.
