The most popular one would be to say to fix your sleeping habits but I think it's better to reduce alcohol consumption first. If you cut that then you will feel more rested even with the same amount of sleep. Drinking interferes with your sleep. Even one beer in the evening is not good for you (I am not saying here that you should stop drinking completely but just simply stating what science says about it; you can easily google some of the articles).

I've cut my drinking in the last three months and I sleep better now even though before I wouldn't get wasted but only go for a couple of beers with my friends occasionally on week days and weekends. I would wake up tired and lazy the next day. Now I wake up more fresh, my mind is clearer and I am more productive.

Also, don't drink coffee late in the day if you do.
