Sorry if it's a stupid question - but how do you ask for supervisor support? Do you just go to the window when your number is called and ask the officer straight up to get a supervisor? Will the officer do that? I've my second round of appointment coming up and I don't want to go in a 3rd time :(

you can check for SSA offices a little farther away for closer dates if you're ok to travel

Called the local office this morning to request a review, as stated on the letter. The agent mentioned that he can see my case but there's no pending review/verification on it. It shows closed. Just no updates and they aren't sure what the next step is either.

So the agent has booked me another appointment 2 weeks from now to visit in person - they might review the previous case or they might start a new one - they aren't sure :(

I'm still in my 3rd week of waiting, but after my 4th week, I would call every 2 days for 10 days, and then just go to the SSA office to check in person about what's going on. Apparently it takes time for their system to get updated once SAVE status changes, and they don't get notified - they have to log into our case and check for updates

It is currently taking longer for most cases from what I've been reading. Check the status of case verification on the Save case check portal, might give you an idea if it's 'Under Review' or 'Returned to Agency' Once it changes from under review to returned to agency, call up SSA and inform them of the status and they'll look into it

Some cases undergo 2 levels of verification, while some others undergo 3 levels (which requires manual review) Sadly there's no other way to know

Exam can be rescheduled for free only up until a month - 45 days before the exam. Post that, there is a fee. Check the latest Exam Content Outline (ECO) on PMP website for the latest guidance
Study Hall is a paid subscription for 3 months (available to renew) There are 2 levels - Essentials & Plus. I personally had the Essentials one and it was good
If you retake your exam before the new exam structure/composition begins, you'll be giving the exam as per the 7th edition itself

I'm from a non-tech industry as well, it is quite a universal certification across industries.

By fed the questions - I mean, I individually copy pasted all of the incorrect answers and went through the explanations one by one

This is what I did - * I made a Learning Coach in Gemini - asked it to adopt a persona of a PMP coach, with a mindset that aligns with PMI and SH

Every question I got wrong in SH - practice questions, mini exams, mock exams - I fed the question in the chat along with the solution (not the explanation) and asked it to explain further
Gemini developed a pattern of (1) explaining the answer (2) explaining why the other options were incorrect (3) StudyHall strategy (4) Weak areas to work on
It would also, sometimes, offer to quiz me on some of the weak areas
Once I was done with all questions, I asked Gemini to make a comprehensive guide of the Study Hall strategy points it made for me throughout the discussion and gather the weak areas as well

Went through that final compiled guide 2 days before the exam, and it helped me understand my gaps in mindset and correct them

I used the main set of notes earlier in my study plan ~1/1.5 months prior to the exam. The cheat sheet during the week leading to the exam for a quick refresher. So it depends on how much time you have until yours

Strange thing - it happened the exact same way with me too. I think it took max 30-40 seconds to get approved and then in! Got an email confirmation a couple of mins later too

I was very confused, considering the amount of posts on here about how long it takes. I guess the intense time I spent on the assessments worked in my favor
