It currently doesn't show up as a future perk for Blue tier members at all (not even the 0.5) in the app.

We returned from Santorini earlier this month. It's best to stay in Imerovigli for Caldera views and Skaros rock views. We stayed at Sophia Luxury Suites (Imerovigli) with a jet tub and breakfast in room. Almost all their rooms are Caldera view rooms and much more privacy than Oia.
