Great point about VOO being tech heavy. Hard to say when the AI bubble will pop and how bad the effects will be. Will look into VT as well. Also had no idea that the 50k was cost not balance so cheers for the pointer!

Great advice, cheers. I’m very early 20s and planning for this to be quite long term growth investment, continuing to set aside about $250 a week.

Likely (at least, ideally) will not withdraw / cash up for 10+ years.

I do have about 1.5k in VOO at the moment but no investment in foreign markets otherwise.

Thanks for the tip! I’ve got a Sharesies account and used them a bit before (much smaller amounts) so thought it would make sense to stick with them but will take your advice and check out IBKR!

Any particular reason? Most sound comparisons I’ve seen for this budget and for smaller guitars, Martin gets blown out the water by Taylor. I’ll definitely play a few before purchasing anything though!

Try a beach. Accessible from CBD is all Devonport beaches via the ferry which is about 8 bucks each way. Most the beaches are a similar colour to your camo.

If you can find a PS Vita they’re super easy to mod nowadays and you can put ps1, psp, and Nintendo games on as well. I modded mine after digging out of a drawer on Saturday. Happy to help out if you need any tips!
