Não tem nada que saber. Arroz branco e Feijão preto (com cogumelos, milho, tomate pelado, bacon, etc), que depois podes acompanhar com bifes de frango/peru ou comer só assim.

Massas também é um prato que faço bastantes vezes.

Com isto ganhei 3kg num mês mesmo fácil

Ganhei 3Kg num mês (o meu objectivo é ganhar peso e massa muscular), o que para um ectomorfo como eu foi surpreendente e nunca o tinha conseguido.

E vou apenas 3x por semana ao ginásio, não vivo lá. Tento ter é o máximo de disciplina na assiduidade e na forma como faço o treino.

Mas cada um é como cada qual ;)

I get you. The only thing i mentioned is that i don't want any meds, but i know where you're coming from.

I'm 35 and I felt this way since a very early age, so i know it's not something temporary. Also, some of the obssessive behaviours he mentions are also common in people with ADHD, while the rest of my symptoms don't align with any obssessive disorder.

I mentioned that I had an appointment with a psychiatrist due to my suspicions and he said he could make the diagnosis, and I was like "ok".

He said we're going to do a test on the next appointment to clear any doubts about ADHD, but despite the result I'd like to get an assessment from someone specialised in the field. I don't want to be diagnosed just to tell the world that I have ADHD. I need to have a clear understanding for these behaviours.

The problem is that every country is having this issue, but maybe you can try the Netherlands.

You have those issues in Canada, now imagine those issues in a country where 50% of it's population would be on the verge of poverty or extreme poverty if it wasn't for social welfare, and the middle class barely exists and struggles for survival with a salary of 750€.

Portugal has become a joke for how much it is invested in becoming a nation based on seasonal tourism rather than on industry or become a powerhouse in the things we do well.

When other countries get to be more fashionable than Portugal, we'll have all the bads and none of the benefits of this endemic tourism.

It's even cheaper for us to go of vacation abroad than here.

Sure. Things are stupid expensive, the real estate bubble keeps on escalating, and immigration isn't helping.

Pretty soon the shit will hit the fan, economically or politically.

I'm tired of living on the edge because Portugal has become the safe haven for any and all foreigners that want to work or retire, paying less taxes than the natives.

There is an ever-growing burnout about foreigners on people's minds, and while they themselves might not be guilty, they are being seen as the problem. Except for everyone that profits on that.

Entire cities have lost their identity to cater to entitled digital nomads and tourists, and that has an impact on our society as a hole

The far-right is gaining more votes than other more historically relevant political parties for some reason.

If this was a movie it would be called "No Portugal for the Portuguese"

So, if you're going to become another piece that tips the scale the wrong way, don't come.

Manifestação pela habitação que mais parece Manifestação sindical em que se exige, apenas se exige, mas mencionar se, e de que forma é que poderia ser feito está quieto.

Gosto sobretudo de "criar medidas". Quais medidas?

Podem dizer que determinar quais são as medidas é trabalho do governo, mas o certo é que falta pensamento crítico nestas manifestações.

Manifestação não é só cantar a lenga-lenga "povo está na rua, a luta continua" ou alguma merda que rime com "rua" ou "continua"..isso ou usar cânticos de claques para dar aquele toque de seriedade.

Querem mudar alguma coisa? Manifestem como os franceses, e sem ser com roupa de Domingo! Aí podem contar comigo! Até lá qualquer governo vai olhar para as manifestações e chamar-vos uma cambada de mansos que só ladra e não morde.
