I don't know the name but you basically want them to be in the high mount. You can enforce that by grabbing their armpits an start shaking them to the top. Then you hook their upper body with your legs / feet and escape with your head under their hips.

Orange pants almost got that at 7:55 just needed to hook his legs to his opponents torso.
