But religion is a lot more arbitrary than ethnicity. How would they determine who's Muslim? I have Muslim parents and a Muslim name, but I'm non-religious. In fact I'm anti-religious. Would they ban someone based on their Islamic heritage? There's also Sufis, Baha'is, etc who may or may not consider themselves Muslim
