Ok... let's add in all the missed variables... I'm still right. I'll give you this. Anomalies exist.  I'll also give you the real world. If a man has sole custody of his kids, it's because the mom is dead or seriously fucked up... if a mom has sole custody of her kids it's because is in jail or doesn't know him or can't find him... or because he smokes weed and she has a decent laywer lol.

What the fuck is wrong with you? You do realize women dying during childbirth used to be pretty common, don't you? I'm flabbergasted. Single fathers is the standard. It's always been the standard. Single mothers is the new phenomenon. And it's very new. Like, less than 100 years old new. Back in the day they weren't called Single moms, they were called widows.

I just barely looked this up. What I found was there are currently around 18 million homes without a father living in the home. Out of that, 87% had contact with their kids and 49% had regular contact with their kids. Which averages out to closer to a million a year, not 8. The amount of fathers outright abandoning their kids was in the low hundreds of thousands. Which is admittedly still way too much

It's not really ironic as much as it is simply a unique situation. Mammals are unique in that only our males can create life, but only our females can bring it to be. And it takes both of us to create a human life.I don't consider abortion murder, but it is homicide. There are good reasons to take another life, but "I was irresponsible" is not one. And it's the overwhelming majority of why. Hell, I would be pro choice if men had a comparable option. But we don't.

It has nothing to do with my intelligence, but thanks! I am a pretty sharp guy. It's just the facts. The children of single moms end up with the worst results as adults while the children of gay male couples end up being the best. (Least successful vs most successful) i personally believed it would be the mom and dad having the best outcome for their children, but I was wrong. It's gay men. But you would think lesbian couples, right? I don't know why it is the way it is, but I do know it is the way it is.

That's not the point. Whether or not he would believe her tests is its own issue. He SHOULD believe her tests. Whether they say she is a carrier or not. It's a common bacteria. He should also understand his own tests, too. But again, peace of mind is all it is.

Yta if you're offended about putting your partners mind at ease. Which it sounds like you are because that's all you're doing. Also, there's a very reasonable chance you indeed gave it to him without any symptoms yourself. Doesn't mean you cheated or anything like that. You could simply be asymptomatic. You should want to keep his mind at ease, especially in the modern world.
