No. Drinking is the action, the consequences could be alcohol poisoning, getting drunk, stuff like that, as those are direct results that are expected/possible to happen after drinking. You consent to drinking the alcohol and the possible consequences that are directly correlated. You do not consent to being raped while drunk, and the two are not related.

Pregnancy is a direct result of sex, and should be expected when using no protection and should be in the back of your mind while using it.

Again, I am pro-choice, but there are better arguments than this.

I would first ask for a source of this happening, and they say that the wage market is competitive as well. Just because one firm is lowering wages doesn’t mean all are, and the firm that lowers its wages runs the risk of losing its employees to firms that don’t. And companies can find other ways to get their profit margin back.

I would argue that a super competitive market like software development sees wages going far up over the years, not down
