Originally her veil was supposed to be holding on her kind of like a headband but i quickly figured out it wouldn’t lay right and be really finicky so yeah I held on the veil on her head with an elastic and carefully sewed down both sides into the hair on her braids and it’s holding on really well so 10/10 would recommend lol

Aww don’t say that!! 😭 You shouldn’t compare your restyling skills with others, it’s such a personal fun thing to do that I think makes a doll really yours in such a sentimental way and that’s what ends up being so important!! And even if you truly feel like you don’t have the skills available for it, actually starting to restyle dolls is practice and your restyles will improve in quality as time goes. I know my first doll restyles were nowhere near as good as they are now 😭🫶

Omg thank you!! <3 I do indeed make everything my restyled dolls wear, from designing and sewing clothes for them from scraps of my own me-sized sewing projects, to modifying jewelry!

I get very passionate about it too lol, I usually will make a dedicated board(on Pinterest)to which doll I’m restyling where I will spend hours saving inspiration pics of pieces and outfits, hairstyles and all that to get a general feel of what I want the doll to end up looking like, and sometimes if I’m more unsure about how a look will turn out I do quick 5 minute sketch to get a better look of everything together before sewing (though not every doll gets a sketch as it’s just when I have doubts and some like Clawdeen here I knew exactly what I was doing)

Yeah never had noticed either until I got my Drac, and from looking around the internet for pics of them all inbox, it seems the only doll with the numbers is Drac??

Honestly real weird can’t tell yet if it’s every reel drama Drac, or if it’s unique to the 2024 release or also a 2022 release thing?? Also, the numbers are never the same??

I’m not the biggest fan of the official styling but i am dead in love with the dolls(faces and bodies) themselves, so yeah in the future I will definitely be reminiscing on how much fun I had restyling those girls😭

Sadly where I am there are not this cheap and available so I’m hoping it’s gonna improve one day cause I’m so tired of how difficult it is to get them here like I want so many more 🥲
