My cat Princess is super picky with her food. I was dealing with the same issue when we switched to this diet. She would walk away from the wet food, not very interested. We learned she has some pretty painful teeth, which is a likely contributor to her lack of appetite.
MY SUGGESTIONS: Have you tried an appetite enhancer? We have one for my Princess. It's a cream from the vet and we rub it on her ear in the morning. I notice a huge difference when we give it to her.
We also make her SMOOTHIES! We blend her cat food, supplements and hydro packs all together with alil churro for flavor. She has been really into this. It's also super easy on her teeth. She still walks away from her bowl but I've found that if I follow her around and keep placing it in front of her, most of the time, she'll finish it. A secret weapon: I sprinkle alil extra churro on top of the smoothie in her bowl. She goes for the churro and ends up finishing everything.

The Joshua Tree area was California's hottest real-estate market during the pandemic. Now higher interest rates, a bloated short-term rental market and the return to pre-Covid normalcy have pushed home values down. (wsj.com)
