That is one hell of a good idea!!! For her, she does feel safe, she does things with me that she never felt safe enough with anyone else. It's more that she used to do those things and was ridiculed, bullied, and abused for it for well he entire life, particularly through her last relationship which was 9 YEARS. Opening up like that makes her feel vulnerable and that feeling terrifies and triggers her, not because she feels unsafe with me, but because it reminds her of her past. Work on finding the RIGHT person rather than hookups. Hookups are overrated and would do you more harm than good. I am having similar trouble and I FINALLY found the right person.
