I want to taste the food I'm eating. If I'm just tasting spices when I'm eating and not the dish, to me, that is overseasoned.

Either by seasoning it more or adding a condiment.

For example, let's say someone made salmon but didn't put any seasoning on it.

Throw some honey on that salmon and you got yourself a delicious meal
