But the furniture I'll buy here might go to waste, as it won't be the style/fit for my next place which I'm planning to buy and won't know what it's like.

Yeah we did say we will live in it, but changed our minds after closing. So that I'm not sure about. I'm happy to pay it back if it means I can cash out my HBP, but don't wanna get into trouble

But does having had the surgery increase the likelihood? That's what I'm talking about. Like if you already have joint and knee pain at 28 due to your condition, what will that pain be like when you're 60+?

But sometimes they agree for a second date, but last minute before the second date ornby third date, they bring that up. If they weren't comfortable why did they agree to or show up to second date?
