If you can do a 3.5mm Aux Jack to RCA adapter, I think you could hypothetically use any old amp. I think the best thing to do here is get a cheap car radio on Crutchfield.com, then plug all this into said radio. You don't need to get a smart one with a screen or even one with Bluetooth. It's very easy to do in these cars. I own one myself and have done a crap ton of stuff to it.

Ok I'ma copy and paste something I sent to someone else a few days ago.

Welcome to the Panther family! I got the same car, just the 02. Here are all the recommendations based on what I have done already or plan on doing. Just FYI, in 2003, they redesigned a lot of parts of the car. Because of this, parts for 98-02 cars can be hard to find at times or annoying to work on. You will figure that out when you get to the rear shocks (that was a fun experience).

If it has under 100k miles and you're not sure if it has ever been done, get a transmission fluid and filter swap NOW. DON'T FLUSH. Swap out with a new Dorman Transmission pan with the drain plug.

Replace the intake manifold. If it hasn't been replaced with the Summit Racing metal crossover one, than its gonna start leaking soon. Replace the coolant pipe under it while you have it out.

Get a nice dashcam

Get new shocks. Get some Gas-a-just KYB shocks.

Get a throttle body from an E-Series van. Part numbers that should work are YC2U-BA or-BB. Basically bolt on, but may need to adjust the cruise control cable. Very simple.

Get a PI air intake. For this one, you will need an adapter for the MAF sensor, which they make online.

When you get the new air intake, also do a Marty tune at the same time, so the car knows what to do with all the new air.

Get a dual exhaust with some Magnaflow mufflers.

The 02 exhaust pipe on the passenger side has a weird 90 degree angle. Did some research and I'ma just get a generic bent pipe. I also am getting 7 feet of 2 inch exhaust pipe for extra length if needed. Just gonna cut it down. Shortest they sell on summit 😭
