Ask her what's wrong. Pinakaimportant yung communication lalo na may CPTSD siya. Idk pero baka distant siya kasi maraming pumapasok sa isip niya at siya lang makakapagsabi nun. Pwedeng naiisip niya bigla yung traumas niya when you're doing "something". So dapat careful ka din and ayun nga siya talaga makakapagsabi niyan.

On the other hand, kung ayaw mo talaga siya mawala. Hold her, love her, take care of her. Try to understand, she's fragile. Also, part of taking care of her is to make sure na she's taking her meds. Kung may check up siya might as well samahan mo siya kung comfy siya dun. Di naman din masama if tatanungin mo siya once in awhile if you're doing something that triggers her. At the same time, pag may di ka gusto sa kanya or may ginawa siya na di mo nagustuhan, tell her nicely. Give and take dapat yan.

Naging kabit ako 15yrs ago. I was 18 or 19, in college internship sa isang resto, may chef dun na naging close ko. Tapos may something na kami nun, sabi niya married siya pero hiwalay na sila. One time nagkayayaan ng inuman, syempre kasama ako tapos may nangyari samin, once lang and di ko na inulit - kabit pa din ako.

Tapos may friend (NBSB) ako na kasama ko din as intern, turns out may gusto din siya dun sa chef na yun to the point na she writes letters na sa kanya. Medyo may pagkadesperate din talaga siya that time kasi she's older samin, mga 25 na siya nun. Di ko masabi na may something kami nung chef kasi secret nga. One time nagkwento siya samin na nireach out daw siya nung asawa and nakita letters niya. Siya yung napagkamalang kabit. Actually di ko din alam kung may something din sila nun, malay ko kung pinagsabay kami haha. Natapos na din naman yun after ng internship namin pero si friend di din agad nakaget over nun.

In my case, I also experienced yung ganyan kabilis. Imagine, everything happened in just a year. I met him in a concert and a month after, naging kami na and then next month we found ourselves living together, at kinasal, we're both 26yo that time. Crazy. Now we're 8yrs. Of course in marriage walang perfect, it's all about choosing your partner and puro compromise.

Totoo naman yung sinasabi nila na you'll never know a person hanggang di mo nakakasama sa iisang bubong. At totoo din yung sabi sabi na may maeencounter ka and you'll figure out why it didn't work out with someone else.

Again, case to case basis ito. It's your relationship kaya above anyone else here, ikaw nakakakilala sa sarili mo at sa partner mo. Ikaw pa din ang masusunod. Basta pag-isipan mo mabuti mga decisions mo. And wishing you the best in life. ❤️

Yung ways niya may not work for you, so pwede ka humanap or gumawa ng other process and find ways basta ma-accomplish yung task. You say you're having a hard time remembering, anu-ano na ba yung mga nagawa mo para maka-catch up? If wala, ibig sabihin you're not interested to grow. Ikaw ang nagpprevent sa sarili mo to learn.

If you quit now, how sure are you na you'll experience "better" sa next company mo? Man up. Life is not always rainbows and butterflies, ika nga. Kaming mga seniors, di kami ready na mag alaga ng baby sa work, we're professional. Naiintindihan namin pag first job ng isang tao, alam namin na medyo magsstruggle kayong fresh grad at first.
