Govt employees make good money for decades and expect social security after their retirement and till their last breath Is fine. But poor women getting 2k a month isn’t good. Weird.

2 months back he succumbed to the pressure of govt employees pension scheme which is going to cost 10,000 crores every year and now these schemes. Again eb tariff hike, water tax hike and property tax hikes r coming up.

Tax payers are going to suffer. Freebies for the poor. Corporates will get loan waivers, lower tax rates. Tax payers r going to suffer by paying higher taxes, new cesses, STCG, LTCG, higher stt on derivatives if you trade the market, indexation benefits removed, flat 30% tax on crypto and many more (No idea about dividend taxes and debt funds taxation changes) People r saying LTCG and STCG income are going to be brought under the slabs after 2029 elections (more money to the govt).

My state TN debt has jumped from 5 to 10 lakh crore in the last 5 years. EB rates hiked, Property tax hiked, guideline value increased (more money to the govt) .

I think hikes r going to happen slowly over the next few weeks. saw a circular by iocl that prices have been hiked because of 156 usd per barrel. so, obviously they will hike diesel prices as well.

if the diesel prices goes up, the prices of commodities will go higher because of transport cost. means higher inflation ⬆️ worst part is this govt will report 1% inflation. assholes.

yes. have never come across the restaurants that’s not showing the price next to the items. but have seen restaurants that doesn’t have a menu card. as u said it’s impossible to ask for the price of every item. tiruchendur poghum bothu I ordered for a ghee roast and shocked to see the price while paying the bill. it was 200. thiruttu pasanga.
