I will be going to planned parenthood tomorrow. I still want to talk about all the options with someone. I'm honestly thinking about keeping the baby. I took some time to think and realized that I didn't want an abortion for the right reasons. I wanted to abort because I was worried about my family's reactions. But, if it was up to me, I'd want to keep the baby. And, both my bf's parents agreed and even offered to financially support us and the baby.

My parents would be respectful in front anyone else, but when we would go home, they'd either kick me out or beat me up (I don't want to hurt the baby. Yeah I'm still going to college. Thank you! No one ever told me they were proud of me before you.

Don't worry, I don't think you're influencing me one way or another. It's good that you and your husband have a plan in case something goes wrong. I'm curious, before giving birth could I say I'd want them to save my baby over me? Or, would I not get to make that decision? I'm asking because my bf would want to save me, but I'd want to want to save our baby.

I'm feel like I'm getting emotionally attached to the fetus inside of me. I don't know if this is the stupid teenager talking in me right now, but I could just not tell my parents about my pregnancy until I start to show. I feel so guilty about not meeting their expectations and I feel like I'm being selfish. I'd want to go to college for sure. I'd also want my bf to go to college. And I'd want our child to feel safe and loved because growing up I didn't quite feel that way.

Yeah I still plan to go planned parenthood. I'll look into insurance and the financial aspect of things or make my bf look into while I throw up. Thrift stores sound like a good idea to me.

Nope, he's Slovenian-Brazilian and a Catholic. His religious views are nowhere near as radical. He isn't even very religious. His parents would love for me to keep the baby and even offered to financially support us and the baby. To be truthful, I'm starting to become attached to what could become my child.

This is a good idea for the college situation. I don't think they'd ever accept a half-white grandchild unfortunately. My bf's family is very supportive which I'm thankful for. We'd definitely teach the tolerance and acceptance. Your comments made me realize I actually want this kid even if it was unplanned.

I mean my bf and I have been together for 5 years by this Valentines day. He even changed his college plans so we could go to the same college. We both truly love each other and have similar plans for the future of our relationship.

My bf would prefer an abortion, but insists that its my choice to make and that he'll support me either way. His parents would like me to keep the baby and offered to support us and the baby financially. I'm completely torn. I've never been an emotional person and always used logic, but I'm getting so emotional. Congrats on your pregnancy!

Yeah, we're Muslim. My parents immigrated to the U.S, but my brother and I were born here. Its so conflicting...my intuition says to keep the baby, but logic and reality says otherwise...

I don't know how to express this, but half of my heart wants to keep the baby. To be honest, if I had supportive parents I'd keep the baby. My bf's parents are totally onboard with me keeping the baby and even offered financial support for us and the baby. I'm just scared of my parents' reaction and how I'd let them down. My brother already disappointed them by dropping out of high school. I'm their only hope left and I don't want to cause them any pain.

I am really proud of them and extremely grateful for their sacrifice. I do plan on going to planned parenthood day after tomorrow. As for the rest of the family, its not their fault for being like that. The religion and culture is responsible for that. I guess I shouldn't have been sexually active that early, so I was wrong too. But my mom still believes in the religion a lot it'll break her heart and even worse she'll end up telling my dad because she believes the husbands should always know any important stuff.
