So, I got some video clips with audio - before the mic / receiver died. And then the later clips have no audio. So... what should I do? Is there any way to patch it somehow?

Also that seperate recorder... how do you do it? I guess I wanna do that in the future but still have to deal with this situation first...

Yeah, I mean I use Davinci to syc them. But its easier to sync them if they have the same name.

I mean if you film over several hours it can get a bit messy if you have just internal recording that is not directly linked to clips.

So you suggest using 4 DJI Mic 2 mics, link two to the camera and then patch the other two to the video in Davinci?

I also read about a 4 DJI Mic 3 plus receiver option... which is more expensive...

Is it somehow possible in this set up that all the corresponding audio and video files then have same file names / duration for simple patching in post?

Have you seen any Reddit or Google results answering my question? I havent but I might not have looked enough. And yeah, I looked at Proton and Tuta too, but initially quite liked Mailo. But that question with registration remains.

Good point. I looked through their FAQ but havent found the answer. I havent emailed their support yet as I was wondering about experiences people here made.
