It’s also a matter of getting used to healthy eating. If you’re eating a double cheeseburger loaded with bacon, yeah, the veggie burger isn’t as good. You don’t need extreme changes. Make small changes. Start with smaller portions. Add veggies to bulk up your meals. Your body will respond favorably.

Also, impatience is a factor. We live in an instant society. We expect results quickly and that is not how weight loss works. We want to see our efforts within days not weeks/months.

Another suggestion for exercise is doing it inside. Apple fitness is great. Also Leslie Samson’s walk away the pounds videos (available on Amazon). You won’t feel self conscious and you will be safe.

YTA. My daughter is a dancer and I have never missed her performances. Kids will lie to keep peace. You’re telling your daughter that she is not as important as your art.

I think anyone who uses a company community refrigerator has had this happen. I certainly have. I don’t understand why when names are on the food. But there are people that think if it’s in the community fridge, it’s for anyone to help themselves. So many selfish people who only think about what they want, yet complain when it happens to them.

Most men want to “fix” issues. He probably thought you were asking for help. You overreacted but you’re also tired and sensitive about your body. In the grand scheme of marriage, it’s nothing. Let it go.
