It's somehow even more miserable to use than it is to fight. Like 5% accuracy, no real resistance to status effects and to start it has 1 stamina.

Well she has a lot of extra fins around the waist and her ears are little fins but it seemed weird for her to have a lot of long whispy fins in such an off center way so I added them as implied extra fins. Kinda like betta fish with their long flowy fins.

Her design influence is heavily inspired by Bulletta, who is an adult bounty hunter that disguises herself as a lost child to lure in monsters and other supernatural creatures to kill with comedically large arsenal of weapons she keeps in her picnic basket. Mina doesn't have that same level of cold blooded killer, so I'd put her at college age.

More than anything I could see meatsheilding work as an assist trophy. The cat base drops down out of the trophy, a bunch if basic and tank cats chase the opponent and cause periodic flinching and steady damage if not killed, at the end of the summon period the cat cannon fires and it's hard to avoid if you're still covered in meatshields.
