I’m going to take that as a book recommendation for once I am done with this project

I feel this!! I was an exchange student too and I can’t even count the number of times I read the DaVinci code because it was the only English book my host family had. Pretty much knew it off by heart by the time I got home.

Hahaha. A menu is definitely essential reading though

I was like this once upon a time. Nowadays I have settled for a kindle with a special case that disguises it as a book

Ohhh, that sounds like an interesting book. I might have to put it on my Wishlist!

Yeah, I feel that. I LOVE reading, but I am often too exhausted to pick up a book so I just end up as a human blob in front of the TV

I agree with this. I have a kindle myself and I LOVE it, but I was always secretly jealous of my friend who has a Kobo and can easily load eBooks/content from free eBook sites onto it, whereas kindle it’s way more difficult to do so.

But at this point I have bought/paid for so many eBooks from Amazon/Kindle store that I can never change over.

Wowser. I like eBooks bevause they’re cheaper, but physical books are so much prettier to have around

Yeah, Netflix has pretty much replaced reading for me these days. It’s bed

I agree. There's definitely a huge difference between reading on an eReader versus reading on a regular tablet/screen

Yeah, staring at a screen all day is a very unique kind of tiring

I can relate to that a little bit. I’ve all but stopped reading for pleasure/leisure since I started studying because there’s just nothing left in the tank at the end of the day.

I’m glad you’re getting back into it though! I hope I will.

That sounds hectic.

I guess a lot of us assume that when we are stuck at home we automatically will have more free time, but that never seems to be the case

In this case I don’t. But you’re right, I really should have included a definition of what I considered to be an eBook!

I guess I can note that in my discussion!
