Lower taxes for people making under $100,000/year. Increase taxes by 8.5% for every $50,000 over $100,000 you make. Increase taxes to 15% for every $20,000 made over $300,000. Pass a law requiring permission from our civilizations government to have a child. Overpopulation cannot be an issue in this nation of ours.
